Do I need to make a purchase to participate?

No. All contests on our website are absolutely FREE. Yay!!!~ We just want you to have a really good time!

Do I need to register with the website to participate?

Yes, that is our only mechanism of getting your submissions to the companies. Please note we only pass your name, country, and entry to our brand sponsors. We would share your personal details with a brand sponsor if you were to win their contest.

How do I get stars?

I don’t see my stars. Help!

It’s a new month, my friend! Every month, you are awarded new stars for your activity in that month. Consider first row stars like your “always stars,” unless you take action otherwise. In order to activate your always stars, you must log in at least once in the month. That will also give you an auto entry or two into our random drawing.

What are entries? How do I get those?

Think entries like “raffle tickets.” Every ten stars earn you one entry into a random drawing. If you have 50 stars, you automatically get 5 entries. We will round off your stars to the next higher number. So even if you have 45 stars, you still get 5 entries.

What is this “Rock Star” thing?

The person with the maximum number of stars in a particular month or any given period of time is termed as “Rock Star.” Along with winning a coveted title, he also picks up a bunch of fun rewards and cool prizes from our brand sponsors.

Who decides the winners?

The winners of brand campaigns, in most cases unless stated otherwise, are decided on the basis of merit by the respective brand sponsors themselves. The lucky winners of the stars campaign are decided on the basis of a random drawing by us.

How do I claim my prize?

In order to claim a prize with an approximate retail value (or ARV) of over $100, you or your legal guardian will be required to sign and return to us an affidavit and a proof of identification, within three working days of receiving the winning news from us.

What is a winner affidavit?

An affidavit is essentially a legal document stating that all the information furnished by you is correct, you will take care of all winnings associated taxes, and that we or our brand sponsors may use your details for marketing purposes. In case you’re under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to your parent or legal guardian. You may read more under “Process for Claiming Prize” in our Terms of Use.

How does one feature on Chit-Champs?

All our champs or winners go up on Chit-Champs, the winners’ wall! If you win a brand contest, accumulate most number of stars in any given period, or win the stars giveaway, you feature on our Chit-Champs page.
